Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, all household linen is provided for your comfort.
Is the cottage equipped with a fully fitted kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen includes everything you need to cook just like at home.
Does the cottage have a barbecue?
A wood-fired Ofyr barbecue is available for you to cook like a chef and enjoy convivial moments outdoors.
Is the cottage air-conditioned and/or heated?
The cottage is not air-conditioned, but it features an active cooling system (Jaga “Light Cooling”).
This system provides gentle and silent cooling, lowering the temperature by a few degrees for comfortable conditions in summer.
Heating, on the other hand, ensures ideal warmth throughout the year.
Is Wi-Fi available on site?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi access is available free of charge throughout the cottage.
Are games available?
Yes, board games as well as pétanque balls are available for both younger and older guests.
Is end-of-stay cleaning included in the price?
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate.

Rates and financial conditions
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a €500 security deposit is required at the time of booking.
Are bookings refundable in case of cancellation?
Yes, according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation 60 days before the stay: full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 15 and 59 days before the stay: 50% of the total stay amount is refunded.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the stay or in case of no-show: no refund will be issued.
Arrival / Departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We welcome our guests from 4:00 PM, and departures are until 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to check in earlier or check out later than the indicated times?
Yes, depending on availability. Please feel free to contact us in advance.
How does key handover work?
We welcome you personally on site.
Please inform us 30 minutes before your arrival so we can welcome you in the best conditions.
Practical information
Are pets allowed?
No, Pets are not allowed in our accommodations in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the animals within the property.
Where are the nearest shops to the cottage?
You will find everything you need nearby:

- Anthée and Anhée: an Intermarché in each village, ideal for full grocery shopping.
- Dinant (around 10 minutes away): all major shops, supermarkets and boutiques.
Is the cottage suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility.
In which languages can I communicate with the host?
You can communicate in French, English and Dutch.
Are toiletries provided?
Yes, we provide shampoo and shower gel from the Meraki brand.
