The history of the Stud Farm
It all started in the early 90s, when the family estate saw the birth of a stud farm in the heart of Condroz, in Falaën. Driven by the passion for jumping horses, the estate comes alive at the pace of training, competitions, breeding and the daily care of the horses.
Over the years, the stud has evolved into a serene breeding haven: the foals grow freely in the meadows, the goats explore the garden, while wild boars and deer cross the woods and nearby fields. The tempo is that of nature, slower, fuller, truer.
A family story
It is this unique atmosphere that we wanted to share. Thus was born the Gîte du Haras, designed as a break of calm and comfort, at the heart of our history. Here, each stone, each path, each breath of wind carries a bit of this past that we have chosen to bring to life in a different way. We invite you to discover it, at your own pace, according to the seasons and the murmur of nature.

Yes, all linen is provided for your comfort.

Yes, the kitchen includes everything you need to cook like at home.
Does the unit have a barbecue?
A barbecue Ofyr over a wood fire is at your disposal to cook like a chef and share convivial moments in the open air.
Is the cottage air conditioned and/or heated?
The cottage is not air conditioned, but has a Jaga active cooling system (“Light Cooling”).
This device offers gentle and silent cooling, lowering the temperature by a few degrees for pleasant comfort in summer.
As for the heating, it ensures a ideal warmth in any season
Is WiFi available on site?
Yes, one high speed WiFi access is available free of charge throughout the cottage.
Are games or equipment for children available?
Yes games and equipment are provided for the youngest.

Rates and financial conditions
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, one security deposit of €500 is required at the time of booking.
Are reservations refundable in case of cancellation?
Yes, under the following conditions:
- Cancellation 60 days before the date of stay : no charge.
- Cancellation between 15 and 59 days before the date of stay: the deposit is still due.
- Cancellation within 14 days or in case of no-show:
