Several cottages, one shared way of living

The “Le Haras” cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests in a spacious and warm setting, in the heart of the Condroz. The house features five comfortable bedrooms, four of which have a private shower room or bathroom, offering space and privacy for everyone.

Designed to welcome families and groups of friends, the cottage combines conviviality and tranquility. Each bedroom benefits from quality bedding, beautiful natural light and a soothing atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day of exploration.

From the cottage, you can enjoy open views over the meadows and horses, as well as direct access to the walking trails of the Condroz. An ideal place to gather, slow down and fully enjoy the calm of the countryside.

Le Haras cottage is at 21 rue des Hayettes in Falaën, about one hour from Brussels, 30 minutes from Namur, 20 minutes from Dinant and 17 minutes from Maredsous Abbey. Le Haras has a wood-fired Nordic bath that can be used all year round, an Ofyr barbecue, a pétanque court, private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. The minimum stay at Le Haras varies with the period; the booking calendar shows it for each date.

In the heart of nature, the “La Grange” cottage is gently preparing to write a new chapter.

For many years, this stone barn sheltered the farm’s cows. Between now and 2027, it will gradually be transformed into a warm and welcoming place to gather with family or friends, while preserving the authentic soul of the site.

Located by the river and surrounded by nature, La Grange will soon offer a subtle blend of rural charm and modern comfort, in a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

In time, the cottage will feature seven bedrooms accommodating up to fourteen guests.

Still undergoing transformation, La Grange will open for bookings in 2027 — a place designed to slow down, reconnect and fully enjoy nature.
